Cuba Hurricane Relief
Because of Hurricane Melissa, Cuba is experiencing one of the most difficult moments in its history, and the Church, as the salt of the earth, is striving to do its work for Christ. Many are without food and shelter due to extensive flooding. The people of Cuba need our help.
We received this email from our ministry partner:
Yesterday I was in some of the areas of Holguín affected by Hurricane Melissa, and I was able to meet with more than 50 pastors and missionaries who were impacted. Although I haven’t been able to gather all the information yet because some brothers and sisters are still cut off due to power outages, transportation problems, and lack of phone service, I saw churches and chaplains’ homes destroyed by the hurricane. The greatest damage, however, is to agriculture and the food shortages that are already being felt. If there was hunger before, now the hunger will be even greater. It pained me greatly to see pastor friends so thin. Another impact I witnessed was the loss of many mattresses. While the winds didn’t destroy many houses, the floodwaters rose to unprecedented levels, and many brothers and sisters lost almost everything, including their beds and mattresses. Please continue to pray for all these affected families and share this with any brothers and sisters who feel compelled to support us in this time of pain and hardship for so many. Blessings.

His Missions International will send all donations to our ministry partner in Cuba. The funds will be used to purchase food, mattresses, bedding, construction materials and medicines. Thank you so much for your heart of compassion!
